Modern color technology offers a richer color palette than traditional brushing and is much more resistant to external factors such as salt and UV radiation and salts.

Aluminum lamp posts available in 10 unique anodizing colors

ROSA specializes in electrochemical anodizing or interfacing of aluminum poles in 10 unique colors. These include: black, anthracite, graphite, stainless steel, gray, champagne, olive, green, brown and natural aluminum. Modern interferential coloring technology is richer than the traditional color palette and is resistant to external factors, including UV radiation.

Lifetime of the aluminium lamp poles

ROSA's anodized aluminum light poles are characterized by significantly higher corrosion protection parameters compared to untreated aluminum poles. As a result, the service life of aluminum anodized ROSA products in terms of corrosion protection will not be less than 50 years.


This is why hard anodized lampposts last much longer than steel lampposts or brushed aluminum light poles:
  • ROSA lampposts are made of hard anodized aluminum.
  • The Brinell hardness is indicated in the most commonly used test standards (ASTM E10-14 and ISO 6506–1:2005) as HBW.
  • H stands for the hardness, B for Brinell and W for the material of the intruder: tungsten carbide.
  • Steel S235 has a hardness of approximately 100 HBW.
  • Normal aluminum has a hardness of 15 to 20 HBW, the outside of hard anodized aluminum has a hardness of 200 HBW or higher.
  • In addition, hard anodized aluminum is resistant to acids and salts and UV radiation.

The expected lifespan of the hard anodized aluminum ROSA lampposts is more than 50 years.


Safety rating ROSA columns

In early 2021, ROSA brand lighting columns were assessed for passive safety characteristics according to the latest edition of the European standard EN 12767:2019 passive safety of structures for road equipment. According to the test results, almost all anodized aluminum lighting columns produced by ROSA possess passive safety characteristics . Thanks to these characteristics, they minimize the effects of traffic collisions on those involved in such an incident, which is of great importance for the health and safety of road users. for SAL cylindrical-conical aluminum light poles, with a base, diameter of: Ø114, Ø120, Ø146 and Ø178 with or without extension arm apply:

  • 100-NE-B-S-SE-MD-0
  • 70-NE-B-S-SE-MD-0
  • 50-NE-B-S-SE-MD-0
  • (according to EN 12767: 2007 respectively 100NE3, 70NE3 and 50NE3)

The range of lighting columns we have in stock is usually available quickly. This allows us to deliver your order on average within 10 working days. In consultation, this can sometimes be faster.
