Frequently asked questions
- What is the delivery time of your products?
- Many of our products are available from stock. If you have ordered in the webshop and paid directly, we deliver as soon as possible, often within 1-2 working days. Please allow for a slightly longer delivery time for light towers. If an item is not in stock or if we have any questions about your order, we will always contact you personally. You will receive an email before delivery with the final delivery date.
- How will the order be delivered?
- All orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. If there are specific instructions about location or time we will take this into account as much as possible. Orders can be delivered as packages by PostNL or on a pallet by our carrier.
- Do you also install?
- In principle, we do not install lighting ourselves.In the vast majority of cases, customers have their lighting installed by a local installer or their own technical service department.Sometimes we can refer you to one of our contacts.
- Can I see the lights on somewhere?
- It is possible to go and see our lights on site at previously completed projects. Some of these can be found under Our Projects. However, if an installer has ordered lighting from us, we often do not know where it will be placed.So we cannot always refer you to a location.However, it is possible that you can visit our office in Wijhe by appointment if the lights are in stock.
