How does LED grow lights work?
With the red lights, the plants will stretch very much. With the blue light, you will see that the plants are more likely to expand in width. This is because plants receiving high doses of red light think they are in the shade and need to grow toward the sun to survive (stretching). While plants exposed to high doses of blue light think they are in full sun and will primarily focus on bunching out to capture as much sunlight as possible.
With LED growlight, it is possible to grow crops sustainably all year round, significantly increasing your yield and reducing your energy consumption. LED grow lights provide proven higher production, rapid growth and stronger plants. The spectrum has been optimally tuned to the needs of the plants through intensive research.
LED grow light for black soldier fly
Growing insects on a large scale has become increasingly popular in recent years. Especially the larvae used as feed and bait for animals or in manure and waste disposal. One of these insects is the black soldier fly.
Vocare has a breeding lamp that can increase mating efficiency eight to twelve times under a wavelength of 440nm (indigo/blue) and 540nm(green) which provides a big jump in extra larvae.
