ATC Wijhe's tennis courts have recently been illuminated with LED lights. “The lamps fit well into our sustainability goal” said Jetze de Witte, chairman of the association.
“Not only do they consume less than half the power compared to the old conventional lamps, but they also last longer and do not contain hazardous substances such as mercury. LED also provides less stray light so that the surroundings are also illuminated less.”
Investment
The club thanks Vocare Ledlight from Wijhe and Installatiebedrijf Koetsier Wesepe for the pleasant cooperation. The investment was also made possible thanks to a contribution from the Sustainability Fund of Goed veur Mekare.
