The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement for 14 days without giving reasons.
If the consumer wishes to return the product, he will call or write to Vocare Ledlight to request the return instructions.
Consumer must return the product with all accessories and in original condition and packaging to Vocare Ledlight.
Shipping costs are for the account of the consumer.
Once the goods have returned undamaged, Vocare Ledlight will refund the purchase price + postage for sending the product to the customer as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the return or cancellation.
Has the returned product been damaged, incomplete or used, then this damage is deducted from the amount Vocare Ledlight will refund.
